Out of the 34 tonnes of textiles donated to New Zealand op-shops, 80% of it needs to be redirected to landfills due to them being unsaleable. In Auckland alone, 17,000 tonnes of clothing are sent to landfills per annum.

How collections work…
To get the party started, make sure you meet the requirements listed below.
Book a collection that fits your kg needs & tell us if you have special instructions for pickup.
Select your Recycle Reward at checkout and it’ll hit your inbox once bookings close.
Seal-up your textiles & sit tight for confirmation of your unique collection date. It’s that easy!
Packaging. We ask that your unwearables are packed into sealed cardboard box or bag to prepare them for pickup. Loose items are not eligible for collection.

Eligible Items. When booking, double check the list of accepted textiles to ensure you’re recycling the correct items.

Our Monthly Collections schedule
Our Collection Day is usually the last Monday of each month. Is some months, the Collection Day is the Tuesday due to public holidays. Please check the Monthly Schedule carefully before booking in your textile waste collection.
