By booking via the link above you agree to the possibility of a collection occurring any time between 8am to 5pm on the respective collection date. This process ensures we are able to create the most efficient routes possible for our logistics team. You cannot select a booking time for this reason.

FAQ

- Confirm your textiles are eligible
- Confirm the textiles can be picked up by our team within the collection window (you do not need to be home!)
- Ensure you are based in Auckland only.
- Denim (skirts, shorts, shirts, jackets, denim bags etc.)
- Clothing (jackets, shirts, sweaters, t-shirts, shorts, skirts, pants etc.)
- Active wear
- Sleepwear
- Baby clothes
- Blankets, bedsheets, and bedding (including pillows and mattress protectors)
- Upholstery
- Fabric scraps & off cuts
  
  *please note we are unfortunately no longer able to accept underwear
- Minimum 5kg - Maximum 50kg.
- Please ensure all items are ready for collection in a sealed cardboard box or bag. Items that are not sealed will not be collected.
- Please ensure all clothing is washed and cleaned prior to packing.
If you have specific questions about certain items, please reach out to us and include a photo of your item(s) via email or Instagram.
